Contact us for service fees.
Time is of the essence in removal proceedings, and prompt action is crucial. Contact us immediately to ensure your case moves in the right direction.
We represent individuals in removal proceedings and help fight to keep families together. Our services include bond hearings to request release from detention, representation at master calendar and individual merits hearings, and filing defensive applications such as asylum, cancellation of removal, and adjustment of status in court. We also handle appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), motions to reopen or reconsider, motions to administratively close or terminate proceedings, and prosecutorial discretion requests. In addition, we submit FOIA requests to obtain immigration records, seek stays of removal and deferred action, and file requests for change of venue or prosecutorial stipulations. We also provide representation for withholding of removal and protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT), and explore all other available defenses, including DACA, TPS, and other humanitarian relief.
